Check the dimensions, materials, color options, and assembly information on the product page before buying. Colors can look slightly different on different screens. Product availability may change. If we discover an error in a listing or an issue with your order, we will contact you to explain the options, including cancellation and a refund where appropriate.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Your checkout shows the order total and any applicable taxes before payment. Standard shipping within the United States is free. Only payment methods displayed at checkout are available. An order confirmation records your order details; we will contact you if we cannot fulfill it.
Shipping and changes
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. For full details, read our Shipping Policy. Contact us quickly if you need to cancel or correct an order; changes may no longer be possible once it ships.
Returns and refunds
Request a return within 30 days of receipt by emailing [email protected]. Our team reviews requests within 2 days and provides the current overseas return address by email. Buyers cover non-quality return shipping; we cover return shipping for quality problems. Returned items are reviewed within 2 days of arrival and approved refunds are processed within 5 days.
