Where we ship
We currently sell and ship to the United States. Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.
Processing and delivery
We prepare orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, estimated transit time is 4–6 business days. Allow about 5–8 business days in total from ordering to delivery. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier disruptions, and peak periods can cause delays.
Following your order
We email your shipping confirmation and tracking details when your order ships. Tracking may take time to show the carrier’s first scan. If your parcel seems delayed or tracking stops updating, email us with your order number and we’ll help check it.
Address changes and delivery problems
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Need a correction? Email us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes after dispatch. For a missing, damaged, or incorrect delivery, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
